显然，投票结果将在黄金市场引起较小的反应，但总的来说，无论白宫领导者是谁，上升趋势都可能继续。
分析师确实预计，贵金属市场将在2020年底之前出现任何大的波动。总体而言，由于大多数中央银行已决定继续实施其软货币政策，市场形势相当乐观。另一方面，随着越来越多的新无抵押资金出现，这种情况可能导致彻底的灾难。
其他分析师认为，随着冠状病毒形势继续受到关注，黄金将再次创下8月份以来的最高纪录。

12月交割的白银期货价格上涨6.04％，收于每盎司25.337美元。铜价也上涨0.34％，达到每磅3.1175美元。
用来衡量美元对六种主要货币汇率的美元指数期货下跌了0.95％，至92.523美元。
