In 10 years, the self-driving cars will appear on the car market. In 2017, ns Audi introduced the concept of such a car – Audi Aicon which will be mass-produced by 2030. This car is a sedan with a futuristic design. The front panel is occupied by the multimedia system display. Each of the four wheels is driven by a separate electric motor. Experts believe that Aicon will be a pioneer in the field of autonomous driving. This technology will help to minimize the number of accidents.

Experts are sure that by 2040, 90% of all cars in the US, Canada, and Europe will be electric. This will lead to the creation of a service that will significantly reduce the need for purchasing and maintaining a car. So, it seems quite possible that the largest segment in 20 years will be user mobility as a service. Presently, Google is developing software products for new cars. Such auto giants as Volkswagen and Tesla are working in this direction as well. According to analysts, the car manufacturers will be focused on the production of self-driving taxis.

Designer Thomas Larson Rod developed a concept car called Chase 2053 which will be able to move on the ground and in the air. This marvelous car will appear on the market in 2053. The base of Chase 2053 is made from carbon nanotubes which makes it resistant to any damage. The car does not have a dashboard which significantly reduces its weight. Additionally, the concept is equipped with an eco-friendly hydrogen engine.
